\n 2500 39th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a wellbeing check request. They met a woman who claimed she was hit by her former significant other. The suspect had fled the scene.<\/span>
\n Suspect – Asian female :: 20 years :: 5\u201906\u201d tall :: 140 lbs :: black hair :: brown eyes :: LSW black shirt<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2:50 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 100 Lobos St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of battery. Two tenants were arguing over a curb side parking space. Each of them claimed the other hit them first. They each placed a citizen\u2019s arrest on each other for battery. They were give court summons & then released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 4:28 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1900 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a landlord tenant dispute. A tenant loudly played music in a deliberate attempt to annoy his landlord who lived in the same building. When the landlord knocked on his door to tell him to lower the volume, the tenant opened the door & sprayed a chemical irritant at the landlord. The tenant then slammed the door closed.<\/span>

\n 100 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of theft. A woman alleged her child\u2019s friend took her personal belonging from their home while the child & the friend were hanging out unsupervised.<\/span><\/p>\n

Threat<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1:19 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2300 28th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a threat. The woman\u2019s spouse had called from overseas requesting money. She refused & the spouse threatened to harm her when the spouse returned to the United States.<\/span>
\nSuspect – Asian male :: 70 years :: 5’09” tall :: 160 lbs :: brown hair :: brown eyes<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2:00 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 100 Lenox Wy<\/span><\/strong>
\n A man walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. He was informed an unknown suspect used his & his spouse\u2019s identity to file an income tax return.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong>
\n 6:50 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of shoplifting. Two shoplifters entered a store, concealed merchandise items in bags, & fled without paying for them<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 – Black female :: 50 years :: 5\u201907\u201d tall :: 150 lbs :: black hair :: LSW black sunglasses, green jacket, blue jeans, red shoes, carrying white bag<\/span>
\n Suspect #2 – Black female :: 30-50 years :: 5\u201908\u201d tall :: 130 lbs :: short bleach blond hair :: LSW white sweater, short shorts, black shoes, carrying black handbag<\/span><\/p>\n

Embezzlement-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 7:34 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a theft. An employee had been taking money from a cash register over a period of days. She was recorded on surveillance footage unlawfully taking money from the register without permission. The employee was arrested for embezzlement.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Suspended Driver\u2019s License-Expired Registration-No Proof of Liability Insurance-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 8:08 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 19th Ave & Taraval St<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer stopped a vehicle for expired registration. A record check revealed the driver\u2019s license was suspended. The driver also could not provide proof of liability insurance. He was arrested for the above violations, given a court summons, & then released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong>
\n 9:04 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2500 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong>
\n A couple walked into Taraval Station to report fraud. They were told by their account that an unknown suspect used one of their identities to file an income tax return without permission. The suspect already received an income tax refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

Residential Burglary<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 10:23 pm \/ 1400 20th Ave \/ forced entry front door<\/span>
\n Suspect – White male :: 25-35 years :: 5\u201910\u201d tall :: 170 lbs :: brown shoulder length scraggly hair :: LSW orange baseball cap, dark jacket, dark pants, carrying a blue backpack, disheveled<\/span><\/p>\n

Attempted Commercial Burglary<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
