Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>

\n Skyline Blvd & John Muir Dr<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a traffic collision. Officers determined one of the involved drivers was under the influence. The driver had been taken to the hospital for injuries. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence. He was given a court summons & released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong>

\n 1200 28th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A woman walked into Taraval station to report a fraud. She sold a personal belonging over the internet. She received an email notifying her money had been sent for the item. She mailed the belonging to the alleged buyer. However she never received money. She believed the suspect forged a fake email notifying her of the payment.<\/span>
\n Suspect – \u201cCharles Smith\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1:47 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1400 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of robbery. A suspect pressed a gun against the victim\u2019s stomach & demanded money. The victim complied. The suspect fled in a getaway vehicle driven by a second suspect.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 – Black male :: 30-35 years :: 5\u201909\u201d tall :: 180 lbs. :: LSW partial facial hair with a goatee, wearing a baseball cap, & black hoodie<\/span>
\n Suspect #2 – Black female :: LSW wearing green hooded jacket<\/span>
\n Suspect vehicle – silver 2013 Chevrolet Impala, Arizona license plate<\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 4:10 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2300 24th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer contacted a wanted person regarding a warrant. The person voluntarily came to Taraval Station to find out details of the warrant. The person\u2019s warrant was confirmed & he was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery-Arrest<\/span><\/strong>
\n 5:26 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2700 34th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of fight. The officers determined one of them was the aggressor. The other person placed her under citizen\u2019s arrest for battery. The aggressor was given a court summons & then released.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 2600 42nd Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A woman walked into Taraval station to report a theft. She left her secured her bicycle unattended. Upon return it was gone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong>
\n 7:17 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1600 46th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A man walked into the Taraval station to report a theft by fraud. The man receives a monthly stipend that is sent to his bank account. He didn\u2019t receive a stipend for a certain month & called the agency that sends the stipend. He found out an unknown suspect used his identity & changed the account information.<\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 9:14 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1400 48th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a dispute. One of the people involved had left the scene. Officers found & detained the person to determine what happened. A record check revealed the person had a warrant for his arrest. The person was therefore arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
