\nOfficers stopped a vehicle with a tail light out.\u00a0 A computer check revealed that the driver’s license had expired.\u00a0 The driver was arrested for the above violation.\u00a0 The driver was given a court summon & then released<\/span>.

Driving while Under the Influence of Alcohol-Traffic Collision-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3:04 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1900 34th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision.\u00a0 The officers suspected that the driver who caused the collision was intoxicated. The driver failed a field sobriety test.\u00a0 Medics at the scene transported the suspected driver to the hospital.\u00a0 The driver was arrested for the above violation.\u00a0 The driver was given a court summon & then released<\/span>.

Exhibiting Deadly Weapons<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3:20 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2600 San Jose Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a person wielding a knife.\u00a0 Officers met with the witness who stated that he saw a man wielding two knifes. He stated that the man was walking down the street and that it seemed suspicious. The officers searched the area for the suspect with no results.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 Black male :: 35-40 years :: 5\u20195\u201d tall :: 160 lbs :: LSW black clothing, black baseball cap, armed with two knives that are about 4\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing-Possession of Lost or Stolen Cards- Arrested<\/strong><\/span><\/strong>

\n 800 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a possible burglary in progress.\u00a0\u00a0 The witness who stated that she observed a man in the building that did not belong there.\u00a0 The officers located and arrested the suspect.\u00a0 The suspect had credit cards with the names of other persons on him.\u00a0\u00a0 The suspect was arrested for the above violation.\u00a0 The suspect was given a court summon & then released<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong>

\n 00 San Felipe Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. Upon arrival the officers met with two reportees and a witness who is one of the reportee\u2019s girlfriend. They stated to the officers that they dislike each other and got into an altercation. One of the reportee\u2019s struck the other with a fist during the altercation. They did not want to file a citizen\u2019s arrest form on each other.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n A juvenile walked into Taraval station with his father to report a robbery. The juvenile stated that he was at a park late at night when a male approached him asking for drugs. The victim stated that he didn\u2019t have any. The suspect and a large group of others then started to chase and hit him and his friends. The suspects stole some of their personal belongings and fled the area. <\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of possible trespassers at a store. An employee who stated that two suspects entered the store and wanted to pick up a vehicle with another person\u2019s reservation. The employee declined to let the suspects leave with the vehicle. They left the store and returned with another suspect. The suspects began to make verbal threats and started throwing. The suspects fled the area after the employee stated that he was calling the police.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 \u2013 Hispanic female :: 20-30 years :: 5\u20195\u201d tall :: 260 lbs :: black hair :: LSW blue sweatshirt and a white t-shirt.<\/span>
\n Suspect #2 \u2013 Black male :: 20-30 years :: 6\u20190\u201d tall :: 165 lbs :: black hair :: LSW all dark clothing, with a blue top and dark jeans.<\/span>
\n Suspect #3 \u2013 Hispanic female :: 20-30 years :: 5\u20193\u201d tall :: 110 lbs :: black hair<\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 10:56 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1300 41st Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding a trespasser. Upon arrival the officers met with the victim who stated that he had just purchased a property and a man was in his residence and was refusing to leave. The officers contacted the suspect and conducted a computer records search that revealed the suspect to have an active warrant for his arrest. The officers arrested the suspect for his active warrant.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 300 Arballo Dr<\/span><\/strong>
\n A woman walked into Taraval station to report a theft. The woman stated that an unknown suspect had removed the screws from her locker and stole her items.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud <\/span><\/strong>
\n 12:29 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2100 24th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A man walked into Taraval station to report a fraudulent credit card account. The man stated that he received a credit card in his name with two charges on it which\u00a0he did not apply for.

Battery<\/strong><\/span>
\n 3:24 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 9th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A man and his supervisor walked into Taraval station to report a battery and harassment incident. The man stated that while he was at work a man approached him and started yelling at him. The suspect then pushed the victim from behind. The victim stated that the suspect appeared to be intoxicated and is a known homeless person who frequents the area.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 White male :: 35-45 years :: 6\u20190\u201d tall :: 140 lbs :: brown hair :: brown eyes :: LSW black t-shirt, brown pants, gray jacket, and has a brown beard.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 300 Dorantes Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a theft.\u00a0 Victim said that someone had stolen her bench that she had in front of his house.

\n 8:32 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of theft at a store.\u00a0 The victim who stated that an unknown suspect had stolen her cell phone from a storage space for employees. <\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 White male :: 25-35 years :: 5\u201910\u201d tall :: 170 lbs :: brown hair :: LSW black hooded sweatshirt, white shirt, gray pants, white shoes, was wearing a black back pack, and had medium length hair.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aggravated Assault with Gun-Possession of a Loaded Firearm – Arrested<\/strong><\/span><\/strong>
\n9:40 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2300 24th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer received a department email issued by a Sergeant that showed probable cause to arrest a suspect. The officer went to the suspect\u2019s residence and spoke with the suspect\u2019s father. The suspect\u2019s father stated that his son wasn\u2019t home and that he would contact the officer when he returns. The officer received a phone call from the father at a later time and dropped off his son at Taraval station.\u00a0 The officer arrested the suspect<\/span>.
