Death Report<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1900 14th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a deceased person. The officers met with medical personnel and a witness who were already on the scene. \u00a0The witness stated that he was in a hot tub with the victim at his residence. After a short period of time he went into his residence to sleep and the victim remained in the hot tub. When the victim did not return, the witness discovered her\u00a0deceased. Medical examiners arrived on scene and took over the investigation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol – Traffic Violation – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 19th Ave & Lincoln Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle with stolen license plates on it. The officers conducted a computer check on the driver and discovered that the driver did not have a valid driver\u2019s license. The officers were suspicious that the driver might have been\u00a0intoxicated and performed field sobriety tests which the driver failed. The\u00a0driver was arrested fot\u00a0the above listed violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Restraining Order Violation<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 400 Victoria St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a restraining order violation incident. The victim said that a member of the family came by the house and violated the restraining order.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 white male :: 28 years :: 6\u20192\u201d tall :: 220 lbs :: brown hair :: blue eyes<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:58pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2400 24th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Victim walked into Taraval Station regarding a fraud. The victim said that an unknown suspect had used her personal information to open new credit card accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:04 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2300 25th Ave\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a dispute between one roommate and the victims. The officers met with the victims and landlord of the residence. They stated that they wanted their roommate to be evicted from the residence since\u00a0he had started numerous altercations.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 Asian male :: 45-55 years :: 5\u20197\u201d tall :: 160 lbs :: black hair :: brown eyes<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft \u2013 Shoplifting<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:33 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 233 Winston Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a shoplifting incident. Loss Prevention noticed the suspect walking into the store and then grabbing a shopping bag. The suspect walked directly to the hats area where the suspect selected a few Warriors\u2019 hat and walked out of the store without paying for them. Loss Prevention followed the suspect out of the store. The suspect noticed Loss Prevention was following her,\u00a0dropped the merchandise, got into a waiting vehicle and fled the scene.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 \u2013 Black female :: 18-20 years :: 5\u20196\u201d tall :: 120 lbs<\/span>
\n Suspect #2 \u2013 Black female :: 20-25 years :: 5\u20195\u201d tall :: 130 lbs :: black hair<\/span>
\n Suspect Vehicle \u2013 silver 2014 Nissan Versa<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud-Embezzlement<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:48 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 300 Head St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of fraud at a residence. The officers met with the victim and a reportee who stated that the victim was being taken advantage of due to her age. The reportee stated that she is a relative of the victim and that the victim has been receiving credit card letters and a change in the deed to the house. They suspect another relative is trying to take\u00a0advantage of the victim and trying to sign her residence over.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 Black female :: 71 years :: 5\u20195\u201d tall :: 155 lbs :: brown hair :: brown eyes<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery-Malicious Mischief – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:43 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9th Ave & Kirkham St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an incident on a MUNI bus. Upon arrival the officers met with the victim, suspects, and a witness. The victim stated that she was driving the bus when one of the suspects began yelling and hitting the rear door of the bus in an attempt to get it open for his friend. The victim stopped the bus and the suspect got out. The victim then went to fix the jammed door at the rear of the bus and the suspects threw glass bottles at the victim\u00a0which did not make\u00a0contact with\u00a0her. Both suspects were arrested for the above violations. The suspects was given a court summons & then released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
