\nA\u00a0store manager was putting away merchandise when a suspect walked past her carrying a basket full of instant coffees and exited the store without paying.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 White male :: 5\u201910\u201d tall :: 150lb :: brown hair wearing black knit cap, black jacket, black pants, dark shoes and a black backpack.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 7:30 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1900 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n The victim left her cell phone on the counter\u00a0and when\u00a0she returned to retrieve her phone, it had been stolen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:28 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3100 Vicente St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n The victim was notified by a car dealer that a suspect had attempted to buy a vehicle using his driver\u2019s license and social security number.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 Black male :: 30-40 age :: black hair<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 1:51 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1600 Pacheco St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n The victim received a collection letter stating that he owed money to a cell phone company. However, the\u00a0victim never set\u00a0up an account with them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unlicensed Driver \u2013 Stop Sign Violation \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:09 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Noriega St &39th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nAn officer observed a vehicle that had failed to stop at a stop sign,\u00a0pulled the driver over and a computer check revealed she was never issued a driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited for the misdemeanor offense.\u00a0<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 100 San Pablo Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An alarm company notified the police because they saw a suspect in the house through the security video. Officers arrived but the suspect had already fled the scene with a stolen item.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 unknown male wearing hooded sweatshirt, baseball cap and dark jeans.<\/span><\/p>\n
