Robbery – Vandalism to Property<\/strong><\/span>

\n 2300 Noriega St<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe store\u2019s security stated that he observed a suspect who has stolen merchandise in the past while inside\u00a0the store. The security officer approached the suspect and attempted\u00a0to detain him. However, the\u00a0suspect and the store security got into grappling confrontation and all the merchandise the suspect had hid in his jacket fell out. The suspect then hit and broke a monitor as he fled the store.
\naSuspect \u2013 Black male :: 25-35 years :: 6\u20190\u201d tall :: 170 lbs :: black hair :: LSW dark green army style jacket, brown shorts, black shoes<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 00 Stratford Dr & Lyndhurst Dr<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe victim\u2019s son stated that his mother had a caretaker which\u00a0she suspected\u00a0was stealing money and property from her before his termination.
\nSuspect \u2013 White male :: 45-50 years :: 5\u20198\u201d tall :: 350 lbs :: brown hair<\/span><\/p>\n

No Issue Drivers License – Cited<\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:25 am<\/strong><\/span>
\n Lincoln St & 17th Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\nAn officer responded to a report of a minor traffic collision. Upon arrival, one of the drivers in the collision was concerned that the other driver did not have a driver\u2019s license. The officer cited the driver without a driver\u2019s license.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:09 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 200 Winston Dr<\/strong><\/span>
\nLoss prevention had a suspect detained for fraud. Loss prevention employee stated that the suspect presented a stolen credit card while trying to purchase items. The suspect had multiple credit cards, ID\u2019s, and a checkbook that were stolen. The officers cited the suspect for fraud and for possession of stolen property.<\/span><\/p>\n

Malicious Mischief – Cited<\/strong><\/span>
\n9:52 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 1300 Noriega St<\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were in the area when they heard windows breaking. The officers observed three individuals in close proximity to a shattered glass from a store. One of the detained suspects was bleeding from a deep cut. The officers determined that the bleeding\u00a0suspect was directly responsible for the damages. The officers requested a medic for the suspect and cited him for the damages.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aggravated Assault – False Imprisonment – Elder Adult Abuse – Arrest<\/strong><\/span>

\n 1300 La Playa St<\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of physical fight that was in progress. The victims and witness stated that the suspect approached them while they were sitting on a bench,\u00a0began a physical altercation and then blocked their egress. The officers arrested the suspect for the above listed violations.<\/span><\/p>\n
