Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol – Traffic Violation Arrest – Possession of Fireworks within San Francisco – Arrest<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:22 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Taraval St & 25th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle. Officers responded and conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle for following another vehicle too closely. The driver appeared intoxicated\u00a0and\u00a0failed the field sobriety tests and was then placed\u00a0under arrest. They searched his vehicle and also discovered fireworks. The officers arrested the driver.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery – Arrest<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:16 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2600 San Jose Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect fighting with a family member. Family members said the suspect was intoxicated and began choking the victim. Other members intervened and got hit by the suspect in the process. An ambulance was called for the victims and the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Failure to Stop at Posted Stop Sign-Expired Drivers License – No Vehicle Insurance – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:27 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n San Jose Ave & Lakeview Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle failing to stop at a stop sign. The officer conducted a traffic stop\u00a0and a\u00a0computer check on the driver revealed no Drivers license\u2019s was ever issued. The driver also failed to provide proof of insurance. The driver was cited and released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault-Public Nuisance – Arrest<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:46 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers met with two victims and the suspect. The victim stated that he saw the suspect defecating on a LRV. He confronted the suspect and asked what\u00a0he was doing. The suspect became angry; kicked the victim\u2019s foot and choked another suspect. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Malicious Mischief – Vandalism to Property<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:25 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 0 Grafton Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of vandalism at a residence. The officers met with the victim. She said that an unknown suspect had shot her windows, possibly\u00a0with paintball gun. The victim stated that she had\u00a0video surveillance and would\u00a0check for further\u00a0information.<\/span><\/p>\n
