Malicious Mischief – Vandalism – Arrest<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 1:18 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1700 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a\u00a0graffiti report. The officers met with the victim who stated that an unknown suspect had been spray painting his residence. The victim was in\u00a0front of his residence talking to the officers when the suspect emerged from a nearby alley. The officers detained the suspect and noticed the smudges of paint on him that resembled the same colors that were currently spray painted on the residence. The officers arrested the suspect for graffiti vandalism and booked him at Taraval station.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Inoperable Brake Lights – No Drivers License – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:30 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Ocean Ave & Brighton<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle with inoperable brake lights\u00a0and a\u00a0computer check revealed that the driver did\u00a0not have a driver\u2019s license. The officers cited and released the driver for the above violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Possession of Drugs – Warrant Arrest<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1:01 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 45th Ave & Moraga St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe officers conducted a traffic stop on a man\u00a0for riding his bicycle on the sidewalk. Officers also\u00a0recognized the suspect of\u00a0having a previous warrant out for his arrest. A computer check of the man confirmed\u00a0that his warrant was still active. The officers conducted an arrest\u00a0and while searching him, they discovered that he also had\u00a0drugs on him.\u00a0\u00a0Suspect was arrested for outstanding warrant and drug possession.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers observed a man that they recognized from previous encounters that had\u00a0a warrant. The officers conducted a computer check of the suspect and discovered that warrant was\u00a0still active. The officers arrested the suspect.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
