Recovered Stolen Vehicle – Methamphetamine Offense \u2013 No License Issued \u2013 Arrest<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:00 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Ashton Ave & Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle failing to stop at a red light. The officers made contact with the driver and were told that\u00a0she, the driver, did not have a driver\u2019s license. A computer check confirmed the lack of a driver\u2019s license and also that the vehicle was reported stolen. A search of the vehicle and the suspect\u2019s personal items revealed drugs and burglary tools. The suspect was arrested for the above violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n The victim stated that they were at a playground in the area when he was bitten by a dog. The victim was able to get the other party\u2019s information.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 1400 32nd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n The victim placed an ad on Craig\u2019s list regarding an interest in purchasing Burning Man tickets. The suspect replied to the ad and instructed the victim to send money through\u00a0Western Union and upon receipt on the money, the suspect would send the tickets.\u00a0However, the Burning Man tickets were never received by the victim after the payment was sent as instructed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
