\n An officer observed a vehicle that failed to stop at a posted stop sign. A computer check on the driver revealed that he did not have a driver\u2019s license. The officer cited and released the driver for the above listed violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 11:30 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1400 39th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n The victim reported a fraud\u00a0in which an unknown suspect used his personal information to file his taxes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Threatening Phone Calls<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 12:00 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1400 43rd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n The victim reported verbal threats from a man he contracted to a\u00a0work project for him. However, the work was done poorly and a dispute arose as to payment for services rendered. \u00a0During this telephone conversation, threats were made against the victim.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 White male :: 46 years :: 5\u201911\u201d tall :: 170 lbs :: brown hair :: brown eyes<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft – Shoplifting<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:30 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of theft at a store. The officer met with a store employee who stated that she observed three individuals walk out of the store quickly, as the alarm sensors were sounding\u00a0off.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 \u2013 Black male :: 30-35 years :: 6\u20190\u201d tall :: blond hair :: LSW maroon letterman’s jacket w\/white lettering and cream sleeves, tan pants and tan leather boots.<\/span>
\n Suspect #2 \u2013 Black female :: black hair :: LSW long dark black hair, straight bangs, gold hoop earrings\u00a0and ith an unknown colored baseball hat.<\/span>
\n Suspect #3 \u2013 Black male :: 12-13 years<\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest – Theft – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:43 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1200 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer responded to a report of a shoplifting incident. The officer met with a loss prevention employee and the suspect. The employee stated that he observed the suspect obtain multiple items of merchandise and exit the store without making an attempt to pay for the items. He subsequently stopped the suspect and placed him in handcuffs. A computer check of the suspect reveled that the suspect has an active warrant for his arrest.\u00a0 The suspect was arrested\u00a0for the above listed violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 100 Lee Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a dispute between two roommates. The reportee stated that he had a verbal argument with his roommate earlier and then left the residence. Upon his return, he discovered his room\u2019s door was damaged and suspected his roommate to have caused the damage.<\/span><\/p>\n
