Failure to Obey Traffic Sign – Expired Drivers License – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Irving St & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle making\u00a0a turn against a posted no-turn sign. The officers conducted a computer check on the driver and discovered that his driver\u2019s license was expired. The officers cited and released the driver for the above listed violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Aggravated Assault<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 3500 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a possible fight between family members. They stated that the victim\u2019s son entered the apartment and began arguing with her. The suspect then grabbed the victim by the neck and then fled the scene.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 Black male :: 21 years :: 5\u201911\u201d tall :: 165 lbs :: black hair :: brown eyes<\/span><\/p>\n

Residential Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:32 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2400 47th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Multiple officers responded to a report of a man breaking into a residence. The officers met with the victim who stated that he observed an unknown suspect climbing the fire escape at\u00a0the rear of his residence. The victim\u00a0called out to him but\u00a0the suspect climbed down and tried to enter the victim\u2019s residence. The suspect pushed the victim away from the doorway and a struggle ensued. During the struggle they both fell from the second story to the primary floor\u00a0after which the\u00a0suspect immediately fled the area.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 black male :: 25 years :: 6\u20191\u201d tall :: 175 lbs :: black hair :: LSW khaki\/orange carpenter pants, white t-shirt, short afro-haircut and was described as homeless looking.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft Shoplifting\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1:00 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of\u00a0shoplifting at a department store. Upon arrival, the officers met with loss prevention employees who stated that they observed two suspects take merchandise and walk towards the store\u2019s exit. One of the employees went to stop the suspects while the other kept monitoring them through surveillance cameras. They both then attempted to detain the suspects but the suspects fled the area in a vehicle.<\/span>

\n Suspect #2 \u2013 Black male :: black hat, black jacket, black jeans, and black shoes.<\/span>
\n Suspect Vehicle \u2013 Blue, four door sedan<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 4:18 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2200 42nd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n A woman walked into Taraval station to report a fraud. The victim stated that an unknown suspect had made several purchases on her credit card.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft Shoplifting –\u00a0Cited<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:30 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident. The officers met with a loss prevention employee who stated that another employee notified her of a suspicious person. The loss prevention employee followed the suspect and observed the suspect hide merchandise in a bag. The suspect then walked past open registers to\u00a0exit the store\u00a0and was\u00a0detained by the loss prevention employee. The officers took custody of the suspect, cited and released her for shoplifting.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of verbal threats. The officers met with the victim who stated that his\u00a0main landlord made verbal threats pertaining\u00a0the rent payment which had to be made by a specified\u00a0time. He stated to the officers that he is fearful that the threats are credible.<\/span>
