Theft – Shoplifting – Resisting or Delaying Arrest – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:48 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 00 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a theft. The witness stated that they saw the suspect steal some merchandise and walked out of the store towards the MUNI platform. As the officers approached the suspect, they ordered him to stop where he was and not to move. However, the\u00a0suspect saw the officers and started walking quickly the other direction. The officers managed to catch up to the suspect and placed him in handcuffs. The merchandise was located in the suspect\u2019s bag. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Threats – Arrested <\/strong><\/span>

\n Great Hwy & Judah St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect armed with a machete. The victim said that\u00a0they saw\u00a0the suspect who had stolen their\u00a0cell phone during\u00a0a prior incident and was arrested for stolen property. \u00a0The victim stated that the suspect recognized him and made threats to harm him for putting him in jail. Officers searched the area but was not able to locate a\u00a0machete but found a hammer. The suspect was arrested for the threats.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 4:40 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 700 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident. Loss prevention stated that he saw the suspect take merhadise from the shelf and put it into a brown bag\u00a0and then\u00a0suspect left the store without paying for the merchandise. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Public Nuisance – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:40 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1800 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officer observed a person sitting on the sidewalk harassing people. The officer had advised the suspect numerous times previously regarding the same issue. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary \u2013 Hot Prowl<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:10 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1400 Portola Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officer responded to a report of a burglary. The victim stated that the door bell rang and she opened the door. The suspect was wearing an orange safety vest, identified himself as was working for a contractor and wanted to check on the water. The victim hesitated but then escorted him around the house to check on the water. While she was busy with the “contractor”, the victim suspected that another suspect entered the house and stole her items<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 \u2013 Hispanic male :: 6\u20192\u2019 tall :: 190 lb :: black hair :: LSW- green baseball \u201cSF\u201d giants cap, long sleeve navy blue and tan shirt, orange reflective safety vest<\/span>

Traffic Violation \u2013 Suspended Licenses<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:22 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Sloat Blvd & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officer saw a vehicle with an expired registration. The officer conducted a traffic stop\u00a0and a\u00a0computer check on the driver revealed his licenses had been suspended. The driver was cited for the above offense .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
