Vehicle violation \u2013 Suspended License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 19th Ave & Rivera St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer was driving around on patrol\u00a0when she observed a vehicle with an expired vehicle registration\u00a0and\u00a0conducted a traffic stop. A computer check on the driver revealed that his driver\u2019s license had been suspended. The driver was cited for the misdemeanor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 2300 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a gas station attendant, stated that he was standing near the bathrooms taking break. The suspect approached him and wanted to purchase a snack from the shop. The suspect got upset and punched the victim twice in the face.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 \u2013 Black male :: 25-30 years :: 5\u201910\u201d tall :: 200lb :: LSW- blue and white horizontal strip t-shirt, blue jeans, black back pack<\/span><\/p>\n

Methamphetamine Offense, Narcotic Paraphernalia \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s license \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:15 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 00 Harding Rd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n A couple of plain clothes officers were in the area when they observed the suspect riding a motor scooter towards the lower part of a\u00a0boat ramp. The officers observed the suspect take something out of his messenger bag, walked over and get into a waiting vehicle. The officers then observed all the car’s occupants were huddled around the center console. When the officers knocked on the window to gain the occupants attention, the suspect jumped back to a seated position\u00a0and\u00a0officers observed a Ziploc bag containing methamphetamine on the floor board in front of the suspect. When asked whose methamphetamine belonged to, the suspect stated that it was his and that he also had a pipe. A computer check on the suspect also revealed that his driver\u2019s license had been suspended. The suspect was cited for the above offenses.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
