Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:40 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 400 Head St<\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of verbal altercation between the victim and her nephew. When officers arrived, the victim told the officers that she had an argument with her nephew and he wouldn’t\u00a0allow her back into her home. The victim also stated that her\u00a0nephew has an active warrant. The victim was able to point\u00a0out the direction her nephew fled, which helped\u00a0the officers searching\u00a0the area\u00a0to\u00a0locate him. A computer check confirmed the warrant and he was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 False Evidence of Registration \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:36 am<\/strong><\/span>
\n 17th Ave & Rivera St<\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were patrolling the area when they spotted\u00a0a vehicle failing to stop at a\u00a0a\u00a0stop sign and “roll” through at about 5 mph instead. The officers also observed that\u00a0that the driver had a cell phone held up to his ear, a cracked front windshield and an object hanging from his rear view mirror. The officers conducted a traffic stop on the driver\u00a0and a\u00a0computer check revealed that the vehicle\u2019s registration had not been paid since 2006\u00a0but there\u00a0was a current 2015 sticker attached to the vehicle. The Officers contacted DMV and were told that the sticker on the suspect\u2019s vehicle belong to another vehicle. The officers arrested the driver for all the above violations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:45 am<\/strong><\/span>
\n 2000 28th Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of trespassing against a suspect with a history of similar citations at the reported location. \u00a0Upon arrival, officers confirmed\u00a0that it was again the same suspect who was demanding entry at the location and trespassing. Because of the previous\u00a0reports and citations for trespassing,\u00a0the suspect was arrested for the continuing to trespass.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License – Cited<\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:01pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n Cardenas Dr & Gonzalez<\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were\u00a0patrolling the area when they noticed a vehicle failing to stop at a\u00a0a\u00a0stop sign and “roll” through at 5 mph instead. The officers conducted a traffic stop\u00a0and\u00a0were told\u00a0by the driver that he didn\u2019t have his driver\u2019s license with him. A computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Investigative Detention – Methamphetamine Offense \u2013 Cited<\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:25pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n Brotherhood Way & Chumasero Dr<\/strong><\/span>
\nAn officer responded to a report of a victim tracking her stolen cell phone. When the officer arrived, the victim stated that her house was burglarized in the Northern District. The victim tracked her stolen cell phone to a gas station\u00a0where he saw\u00a0two people get into a vehicle a started driving away. The victim looked at the tracking and noticed that it\u00a0coincided with the leaving vehicle. The victim then continued followed the suspect and called the police. Officers detained the suspects\u00a0and found that one of the suspects had a\u00a0plastic bag with white crystals that was suspected to be Methamphetamine. The suspect was cited for the Methamphetamine\u00a0and the v<\/span><\/span>ehicle was towed as a search warrant was necessary to search for the phone in the vehicle.<\/p>\n
