Vandalism \u2013 Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1:48 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1100 Pacheco St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to the area regarding a premise check. When the officers arrived on scene, the reportee told the officers that he was house sitting for a friend. When the\u00a0reportee came to the house, \u00a0he saw that the\u00a0front door was kicked in and back yard door was standing ajar\u00a0and there\u00a0was a backpack that he didn’t recognize leaning against the wall. The officers contacted the owner of the house\u00a0and were told that the\u00a0reportee had already sent pictures of the damage and of the backpack. The victim stated that the backpack looked\u00a0like it belonged to her “druggie” son. Officers canvassed the area and located the son\u00a0who\u00a0admitted to kicking in the door because he was worried about his parent. A computer check on the suspect revealed multiple arrest warrants from Stockton, Ca. The suspect was arrested for the warrant and vandalism.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:18 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1900 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery at a pizza restaurant. The victims told the officers that the restaurant was closed for the day but the door was left ajar. The victims stated that two\u00a0suspects entered the restaurant and demanded pizza while brandishing a gun and knife.\u00a0The victims stated that there was a struggle and one of the victims received a non life threatening cut. The suspects then stole the tip jar and exited the restaurant.<\/span>

Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:35 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 29th Ave & Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that he was walking home when he noticed the\u00a0suspects\u00a0sitting in a parked vehicle. The suspects exited the vehicle\u00a0and one\u00a0pointed a gun at the victim and demanded his wallet. The suspect then got back into their vehicle and drove off.<\/span>

\n Suspect 2 \u2013 black female :: 27-33 years :: 5\u20197\u201d tall<\/span>

\n 5:14 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1100 Juniper Serra Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officer responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that the suspect walked into the gas station\u00a0and\u00a0selected a bag of chips\u00a0before brandishing a\u00a0gun and demanding\u00a0money. The victim gave the suspect the money and the suspect left the gas station.<\/span>
\n Suspect 1 \u2013 black male :: 27-30 years :: 5\u20199\u201d tall :: 160 lbs<\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:33 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Arch St & Brotherhood Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle not yielding to a pedestrian walking in\u00a0the crosswalk. The officers conducted a traffic stop\u00a0and a\u00a0computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited for the above violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
