Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3:44 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1100 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery incident. The victim told the officers that he had just purchase some food and there was only one place in the designated sitting area to eat but it was already occupied. The victim sated that he asked the suspect to move but the suspect said “no”.\u00a0 The victim sat down anyway and started moving the suspect items out of his way.\u00a0 They began\u00a0to argue\u00a0and\u00a0a store employee asked them to leave. Outside the store, the suspect grabbed the victim\u2019s sunglasses and tossed it\u00a0on the floor before grabbing the victim\u2019s shirt and making\u00a0a non threatening comment before leaving\u00a0the area. An employee who witnessed the incident stated that the victim provoked the incident\u00a0as there were\u00a0plenty of tables that are empty but the victim sat down at the suspects table and moved the suspect\u2019s items which provoked\u00a0the argument.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 \u2013 black male :: 20 – 25 years :: 6\u20193\u2019\u2019 tall<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:50 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1800 18th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to the area on a report of a robbery. The victim stated that she was walking down the street holding onto a cell phone when the suspect approached her. The suspect pulled out a knife and demanded the phone. The victim gave the suspect her phone and the suspect fled the area.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 \u2013 Hispanic male :: 25 – 35 years :: 5\u20196\u2019\u2019 tall :: 180 lb :: gray beanie, dark color jacket, scarf over mouth<\/span>

Assault \u2013 Threats \u2013 Driving Under the Influence – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:16 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1300 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to the area regarding a suspect spiting on the victim, a\u00a0bar\u00a0bouncer,\u00a0and the victim\u00a0wanted to press charges. The victim stated that the he noticed\u00a0someone urinating against the wall of the building. The victim warned the person who was urinating to stop but\u00a0the suspect approached the victim and started arguing with him. The suspect then spat at the victim, got into a vehicle and attempted to drive towards the victims\u2019 direction. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When the officers arrived on scene, the victim pointed to the suspect standing next to a doubled parked vehicle. As the officers approached the suspect, the vehicle drove away\u00a0but the officers were able to locate and detained the suspect. Once detained, the suspect showed\u00a0the\u00a0signs\u00a0of intoxication such as slurred speech and having a\u00a0staggered gait. \u00a0A DUI investigation was conducted and<\/span> the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Victoria St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a couple in a fight\u00a0where the\u00a0victim stated that the suspect hit her. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation,\u00a0coupled with\u00a0witness statements, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Reported 2:24 pm \/ 400 Vicente St \/ package theft from porch<\/span>
\n Reported 3:49 pm \/ 600 Capital Ave \/ theft of property from basketball court<\/span>
\n Reported 3:25 pm \/ 4200 Moraga St \/ theft of bicycle from common area of a house<\/span>
\n Reported 8:02 pm \/ 900 Taraval St \/ shoplifting<\/span><\/p>\n
