Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License Issued – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:04 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n San Jose Ave & Lakeview St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officer was on patrol in the area when he observed a vehicle with non operable headlight and brake light. The officer conducted a traffic stop\u00a0and a\u00a0computer check\u00a0revealed the driver’s\u00a0license had expired. The driver was cited for the above violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:06 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Capitol Ave & Sadowa St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officer was on patrol in the area when he observed a vehicle with expired registration. The officer conducted a traffic stop\u00a0and a\u00a0computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited for the above violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:08pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1500 Moraga St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n The victim went to Taraval Station to report a battery incident between her and the suspect, a housemate. The victim stated that she confronted suspect regarding cleaning up after herself. The suspect began yelling at her and the victim threatened to call the landlord. The victim began walking away, but the suspect grabbed her arm\u00a0but she\u00a0was able to get away.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 Asian female :: 5\u20193\u201d tall :: 110 lbs :: black hair<\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:20 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 100 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect acting aggressively. When the officers arrived, they saw the suspect leaving the store holding a cup and a salad. The officers asked the suspect if he paid for the items\u00a0and the\u00a0suspect stated “no”. The victim told the officers that the store had pluming issues so it was not opened to the public. However, the\u00a0victim was being nice and offered the suspect a cup of coffee. After accepting the coffee, the\u00a0suspect then refused to leave and\u00a0demanded a\u00a0salad and other items before exiting the store. At the\u00a0point, the police arrived\u00a0and the\u00a0victim wanted the suspect arrested for trespassing. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:13 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2300 37th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim stated that she and her boyfriend were staying at his parent\u2019s house. The victim was asleep but\u00a0was suddenly woken up by noise from the other members of the house. The victim decided to take a shower and turn on the radio so she could\u00a0fall back to sleep. Suddenly the suspect came up to her, pushed a\u00a0partition over onto her and told her to turn the music off. They struggled and the suspect grabbed the victim by the throat. The officers interview the other members of the house and determined the suspect was the primary aggressor. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Search Warrant \u2013 Marijuana cultivation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:02 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Sargent St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officer responded to meet with SFFD regarding a possible grow house. The fire department received information regarding water problems coming from that location. When the fire department looked into the residence they saw a possible “marijuana grow”. The fire department was about to make emergency forced entry when the suspect ran up to the house saying that was his house and he had the keys. When the fire department and police entered the building, they confirmed the cultivation. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Marijuana offense \u2013 Driver\u2019s License suspended \u2013 Driving under the Influence \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:28 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 00 Cerritos Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officer responded to a report of a vehicle accident\u00a0and were able to\u00a0locate the vehicle but\u00a0found it abandoned\u00a0with a\u00a0strong marijuana smell. Officers also located a container of marijuana in the car. SFFD Medic told the officers that the driver had walked away\u00a0but the\u00a0officers were able to locate the driver. The driver told the officer that he was never driving a vehicle and he didn’t\u00a0not know why they stopped him. The officer saw obvious signs of intoxication on the driver and a witness came forward and told the officers that he saw the driver driving on two flat tires. The witness told the officers that he wanted to press charges against\u00a0the driver. The officers conducted a DUI investigation and determined that the driver was intoxicated. The driver was arrested<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
