Disturbing the Peace – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 2300 46th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a noise complaint. The victim stated\u00a0that there have been ongoing complaints of his neighbor making constant noise. The victim and the neighbors tried\u00a0community boards, but was unsuccessful in reaching a solution. The victim requested that\u00a0the neighbor be arrested because the neighbor was having a party in the backyard and playing his\u00a0guitar well after midnight. The officers located the suspect and cited him for the noise.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Vandalism<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:12 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 600 Arballo Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a battery incident. The victim told the officers that she was woken up by loud music from downstairs. The victim went downstairs and saw two suspects she did not know but was probably invited by her roommates to hang out. The victim told them to leave;\u00a0the\u00a0suspect gathered their belongings but\u00a0pushed the victim while exiting the building. Also, one\u00a0of the suspects threw an unknown item after exiting which damaged\u00a0the front door.<\/span><\/p>\n

Discharging Firearm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Lakeview Ave & Lee Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of gunshots. When the officers arrived, a witness stated that he heard sounds of gunshot and vehicle driving away. The officers were able to locate shell casings but were not able to locate\u00a0any victims, suspects\u00a0or damaged property.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:40 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Santa Ana Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an argument. When the officers arrived, the victim told the officers that the suspect had an argument with him\u00a0which led to the suspect hitting and scratching\u00a0him. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
