The victim stated\u00a0that he woke up to some noises; he looked out into the hallway and saw a beam of light from a flashlight. The victim yelled out and saw the\u00a0suspect flee\u00a0after stealing his wallet. A few hours later, while the victim was canceling his credit card, he noticed it had been already fraudulently used. \u00a0The victim also later stated\u00a0that he may have left the front door unlocked. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Vehicle Violation &#8211; Suspended Driver\u2019s License &#8211; Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 8:35 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> Sunset Blvd &amp; Lake Merced Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers were in the area conducting LIDAR enforcement and observed a vehicle traveling 50 mph at a posted 30 mpg zone. An officer conducted a traffic stop and the\u00a0computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Vehicle Violation &#8211; Suspended Driver\u2019s License &#8211; Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 5:40 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> Alamany Blv &amp; San Jose Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers were on patrol in the area when he noticed a vehicle with expired registration and a brake light that was not working. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed his license had been suspended. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Battery &#8211; Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 3:51 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 2000 22nd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a battery. When the officers arrived, the victim stated that she had an argument with the suspect over moving a basket of clothes. The victim stated that the suspect then slapped her face several\u00a0times over the argument. In retaliation and anger, she\u00a0also hit and threw a bottle at the suspect.\u00a0 However, after\u00a0further investigation, the suspect was determined to be the primary aggressor. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Warrant Arrest \u2013 Under the Influence- Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 12:04 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> Capitol Ave &amp; Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a suspect with a can of beer. The suspect saw the officers approach and dropped the beer. The officers spoke to the suspect, who showed\u00a0obvious signs of intoxication\u00a0and a\u00a0computer check on the suspect revealed active warrants for her arrest. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The suspect was arrested for being intoxicated in public and warrants.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Shoplifting &#8211; Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 2:07 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 1100 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a loss prevention agent detaining a shoplifter. The loss prevention agent stated that he observed the suspect select numerous items and placed them into a shopping bag. The suspect then exited\u00a0the store without paying for the items.\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"color: #993300;\">The suspect was later cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Shoplifting &#8211; Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 6:22 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 1100 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a loss prevention agent detaining a shoplifter. \u00a0The loss prevention agent stated that he observed the suspect select numerous items and placed them into a shopping bag.
