Warrant Arrest -Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:38 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Irving St & 36th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were patrolling when they observed a person sitting inside a vehicle with expired registration. The officers made contact with the driver and\u00a0conducted a computer check on him. The results from the computer check revealed\u00a0that he had a warrant for his arrest. The person was arrested for his warrants.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:52 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 19th Ave & Judah St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that he, his friends\u00a0and another group were kicked out of the MUNI LRV for being too loud. When they got\u00a0off the LRV, the other group had a verbal altercation with the victim and his friends. During the argument, the victim suddenly felt\u00a0somebody hit him on his head. \u00a0Afterwards, the suspect and his group fled the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Lincoln Way & 42nd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a witness hearing an argument and hearing the sound of\u00a0someone getting slapped. Officer arrived on scene were told by the\u00a0witness\u00a0that the argument was coming from inside the park. Officers were able to locate and question the parties\u00a0involved; the victim said that while they were having an\u00a0argument, the suspect slapped him. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Noriega St & 33rd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that she and her group of friends were having food when they got into an argument among themselves. One of their friends got angry, pushed a plate onto the floor and bumped into a waitress when they got up and away from the table. Another group approached them and told them not to act that way. As the victim continued to leave, an unknown suspect punched the victim once and fled the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Reported 10:06 am \/ 47th Ave & Pacheco St \/ scratches to vehicle<\/span>
\n Reported 12:48 pm \/ 2600 Quintara St \/ damage to vehicle<\/span><\/p>\n
