Robbery \u2013 Traffic Collision<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:47 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 800 Ulloa St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a traffic collision and robbery. The victim stated that\u00a0he was sitting in his vehicle at the gas station\u00a0when suspect #1 approached him and asked him for directions, which he gave. Suspect #2 came up to him and asked him for\u00a0money, which he also gave. Suspect #3 also approached but\u00a0demanded his iPhone. The victim was also punched by suspect #3 when he leaned into the open car window and tried to take the iPhone by force.\u00a0 At which\u00a0point,\u00a0the\u00a0victim stated\u00a0he was scared and pressed on\u00a0gas pedal which caused the car to move forward and hit another vehicle. The suspects fled the scene\u00a0without stealing\u00a0the iPhone or anything else.<\/span>

Battery – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 45th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a female crying into the\u00a0phone call. Upon arrival\u00a0at the scene, the victim told officers\u00a0that she and the suspect got into an argument over doing the dishes. The victim said she got upset and threw the suspect\u2019s phone on to\u00a0the floor. The suspect then pushed the victim and dragged her by the feet. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery \u2013 Fraud<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:42 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Moncada Way & Cedro Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n The victim came to Taraval Station regarding a fraud incident. The victim said that the suspect #1\u00a0came up to her and told her that her wallet was stolen and she needed her\u00a0 check cashed\u00a0because her rent was due. The victim felt bad and\u00a0she agreed to help. The suspect led the victim to several ATMs\u00a0in attempt to deposit the check, but was\u00a0unable to\u00a0get it deposited.\u00a0 Suspect #1 then took the victim to where Suspect #2 was located and both suspects demanded that the victim take her own money out of the ATM. The victim said she felt frighten so she took out some money and gave it to the suspects.<\/span>

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Expired Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:05 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Judah St & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they noticed a vehicle with an inoperable head light\u00a0which then proceeded to\u00a0make\u00a0a left turn\u00a0despite the\u00a0numerous no left turn signs posted. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had expired. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
