\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. The reportee stated that\u00a0her son, the victim, told her that he had just gotten off the 28 bus line when he was placed in a choke hold by an unknown suspect. The unknown suspect then made cuts using an unknown object to the victim\u2019s shoulders and stomach area. Afterwards, the\u00a0suspect told the victim to “never come back to this location again”\u00a0before letting the\u00a0victim free to\u00a0run home.\u00a0<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 white male :: 20-30 years :: 6\u201900\u201d tall :: 140 lbs :: black hair<\/span><\/p>\n
