Vehicle Tampering \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:45 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 200 Sagamore Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a vehicle theft in which the\u00a0suspect was still inside the vehicle. Upon arrival, the victim pointed the officers to the stolen vehicle with\u00a0the suspect inside. \u00a0A\u00a0witness said that the suspect was looking around inside the vehicle. The officers detained the suspect and after further investigation,\u00a0the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3:15 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 700 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The witness, a security guard, observed a known suspect (with a previous history of shoplifting from them) enter the store. The security guard asked the suspect to leave, but the suspect\u00a0refused. Officers arrived and the security guard requested that they arrest the\u00a0suspect for trespassing. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:22 p m<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 200 Winston Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. A loss prevention agent stated that\u00a0he observed the suspect select numerous items and placed them\u00a0in his bag. The suspect then exited the store after bypassing the cashiers. The lost prevention agent detained the suspect\u00a0until officers arrived on the scene. After investigating the incident, the suspect was\u00a0cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No Driver\u2019s License issued – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:26 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 500 Dewey Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a non injury accident, which was also witnessed by a SGT. A computer check during the exchange of information revealed that one of the drivers did not have a driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:06 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n John Muir Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a couple fighting. The victim said that he and the suspect were having an argument over the reason why they got married. The suspect who had been drinking got angry and hit the victim twice. Officers arrived on scene, interviewed both parties and the\u00a0suspect was arrested for battery.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Reported 10:30 pm \/ 1900 44th Ave \/ stolen bicycle from inside front easement<\/span><\/p>\n
