\n 1800 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated to\u00a0the officers that the suspect, his brother, had hit him on the head. They victim stated that they had an argument earlier over bar-b-que. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Noriega St & 31St Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer was patrolling\u00a0when he observed a vehicle failing to yield to a pedestrian. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that her license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Kirkham St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a couple fighting. The victim wanted to break off relations with the suspect\u00a0and after\u00a0going to the suspects house to retrieve some property, they began have a verbal argument. At that time, the suspect pushed the victim\u00a0which caused both\u00a0suspect and victim to start\u00a0pushing each other. The suspect then stuck the victim in the face and went back into his house. The victim drove away and called the police. A few minutes later, the suspect went to the\u00a0station to also\u00a0report the incident\u00a0and stated that\u00a0he was the victim in the incident instead. After further investigation,<\/span> the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
