\n An officer was patrolling when he observed a vehicle with a cracked windshield. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was also unable to show proof of insurance. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
