Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Aptos Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a couple fighting. The victim and suspect\u00a0were\u00a0having an argument about what had transpired at a\u00a0bar that they visited earlier that night. The suspect told the officers that he only pushed the victim once but the victim\u00a0stated\u00a0the\u00a0suspect got angry and also slapped them. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Unlicensed Driver – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:28 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 19th Ave & Wawona St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer was patrolling when he observed a vehicle with a traveling 48 mph in a 30 mph zone. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed her license\u00a0had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Expired Driver\u2019s License – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:08 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Ocean Ave & Faxon St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer was patrolling when he observed a vehicle passing another vehicle in an unsafe manner. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed her license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 19th Ave & Junipero Serra Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer was patrolling when he observed a vehicle with an expired registration tag. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Driving While under the Influence of Alcohol \u2013 Possession of Firearm – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:06 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Great Hwy & Skyline Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers received a report of a possible drunk driver. Dispatch provided the officer the make, model and color of the vehicle. When the officers arrived on scene, a\u00a0witness was able to point\u00a0out the vehicle to them. The officer went to speak with the\u00a0driver and immediately noticed the strong and distant odor of alcohol on the driver’s\u00a0breath. The driver was given a\u00a0sobriety test, which he failed. The driver was also observed\u00a0with drooping eyelids, slow speech and slurred words.\u00a0 The officers then conducted an inventory search of the driver\u2019s vehicle before towing\u00a0and\u00a0located a loaded firearm in the vehicle. After further investigation, the driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated\u00a0that he was waiting at the bus stop when an unknown suspect came up from behind. The suspect wrapped his arms around the victim\u2019s neck and threw him onto the ground. The suspect then kicked the victim on the ribs few time and then fled the area.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 white male :: 45-50 years :: 6\u201900\u201d-6\u201902\u201d tall :: 200-225 lbs wearing light blue jacket and blue jeans.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 9:00 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n La Playa St & Judah St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a possible robbery. The victim stated that\u00a0he was taking his garbage container inside when the suspect walked into his garage holding a gun. The victim said he grabbed at the gun and a struggle ensued. The victim was able to disarm the suspect and the suspect fled the scene.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 black male :: 23-27 years :: 5\u201910\u201d tall :: 160 lbs<\/span><\/p>\n
