The witness, a loss prevention agent for store, told the officer that the suspect had taken merchandise, exited the store and just got\u00a0on to a MUNI bus. The witness pointed to the bus\u00a0and the\u00a0officer was able to stop the bus. The witness pointed out the suspect, who was still holding on to the merchandise. The witness told the officer that he had attempted to detain the suspect, but the suspect fought back and attempted\u00a0to hit him. The officer searched the suspect and located items use to defeat the store security system. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Trespassing &#8211; Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 6:26 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a trespasser at\u00a0the mall. Witness stated that the suspect had been banned from the mall because of an earlier incident.
