Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:17 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 15th Ave & Kirkham St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated\u00a0that he was walking on the steps of 15th Ave, between Kirkham St and Lawton St. \u00a0The suspect, who was working out, told the victim to move over.\u00a0 The victim heard his dog suddenly yelp in pain and believed the suspect had purposely stepped on his dog.\u00a0 The victim and the suspect had an argument and the suspect grabbed the victim by his neck.\u00a0 The victim managed to get away and call the police but the suspect followed and\u00a0continued to fight with\u00a0him.\u00a0 The suspect eventually\u00a0stopped, ran up the stairs away and fled\u00a0the scene.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 white male :: 55-60 years :: 5\u201910\u201d tall :: 200 lbs :: brown hair<\/span><\/p>\n

Arson<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:30 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 00 Chumasero Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a dumpster fire. SFFD also responded and put out the fire. SFFD determined the case to be suspicious.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s Licenses Issued<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:22 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 19th Ave & Denslowe<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n A sergeant was in the area when he observed a vehicle traveling 48 mph in a 35 mph zone.\u00a0 The sergeant conducted a traffic stop and a computer check of the driver revealed that he had never been issued a driver\u2019s license.\u00a0 The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting \u2013 Arrested Warrant \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:25 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2000 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter.\u00a0 The responding officers detained a person matching the description given\u00a0and detained them. \u00a0The\u00a0witness positively identified the suspect\u00a0and said\u00a0that he saw the suspect select a pair of headphones, conceal\u00a0them\u00a0and walk\u00a0out of the store without paying.\u00a0 A computer check on the suspect also revealed a warrant.\u00a0 The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Exhibiting a weapon \u2013 No Drivers License Issued \u2013 Methamphetamine Offense – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:42 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1200 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to\u00a0a report of a brandishing gun as well as a hit and run.\u00a0 <\/span>The victim said that he was getting gas when the suspect backed into him and hit\u00a0his vehicle. The suspect attempted to flee but was caught in traffic. The victim said he caught up to the suspect\u2019s vehicle and knocked on the passengers window. The passenger then took put a gun and\u00a0waved it at\u00a0the victim. The victim was afraid,\u00a0backed away to safe distance\u00a0and called the police. Other responding officers\u00a0located the vehicle, the driver, and the suspect.\u00a0 Officers were\u00a0able to determine that\u00a0it was a BB gun that was brandished\u00a0and not a real gun.\u00a0 \u00a0A computer check revealed that the\u00a0driver did not have a license and a search revealed that he was also carrying methamphetamine.\u00a0 After further investigation, both the driver and passenger were cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Threats – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded on a report of battery. The victim told the officer that the suspect had threatened her and grabbed her by her neck. The victim said that she was talking to the suspect about a divorce but\u00a0the suspect got angry and threaten to hurt her. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
