Trespassing – Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:07 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 700 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a known suspect trespassing. Witness stated\u00a0that the suspect walked into the store and started cursing at the staff members. The staff members asked the suspect to leave numerous times but he refused. An officer conducted a computer check on the suspect which revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Stolen Vehicle \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:04 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Noriega St &46th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle which was being tracked by GPS. \u00a0<\/span>Dispatch advised the officers of the location and vehicle information.The victim told the officers that he had installed a GPS tracking on his vehicle in case it was ever stolen. With this information, responding officers were able to locate the vehicle and detained three suspects. After further investigation two of three suspects were arrested<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Driving While under the Influence of Alcohol \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:43 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Judah St & 18th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n A sergeant was in the area when he observed a vehicle failing to stop at a stop sign. The sergeant noticed the driver had alcoholic fumes on his breath.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0driver confirmed\u00a0that\u00a0he had a couple of drinks and that he was currently on DUI probation. A DUI investigation was conducted, which the\u00a0driver failed. After further investigation, the driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
