Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated\u00a0that he had an argument with a roofer about a job that he\u00a0had done. While on the roof, the victim and suspect got into a heated argument about an imperfection the victim pointed out to the suspect.<\/span>\u00a0At one point, the suspect placed both hands on the victim shoulder and pushed him backwards, causing the victim to fall down\u00a0on to the roof. Afterwards, the\u00a0victim told the suspect to leave. The suspect complied and left the scene.<\/span>

Probation Violation \u2013 Traffic Violation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:05 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Irving St & 22nd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n A sergeant was patrolling\u00a0the area when he noticed a bicyclist riding in the middle of the night without a headlight. A computer check on the rider revealed he was on probation with a search condition. The sergeant conducted a probation search on the suspect and located numerous tools that can be use for burglary. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 10:45 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1500 39th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a theft from a vehicle. The victim stated \u00a0that he heard some noises\u00a0coming from outside. The victim looked out and noticed a suspect, inside his vehicle, attempting to steal his items. A family member of\u00a0victim\u2019s called 911 while the victim took a weapon with him for\u00a0protection and detained the suspect. Officers arrived, \u00a0conducted the investigation and arrested the suspect.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Driving While Under the Influence \u2013 Traffic Violation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:20 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Irving St & 21st Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were\u00a0patrolling the area when he observed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle failed to make a completed stop behind the crosswalk at an intersection with a posted stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver. The driver showed obvious sings of being intoxicated with the appearance of \u00a0blood shot eyes and an strong odor\u00a0of\u00a0alcoholic beverages on\u00a0his breath. The officer conducted a sobriety test on the driver which the driver\u00a0failed. After further investigation, the driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
