Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol \u2013 Traffic Violation -Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:06 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Lincoln Way & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were patrolling in the area when they observed a vehicle making a right turn at\u00a0a red light without\u00a0making a stop first.\u00a0\u00a0The driver then went on to run\u00a0another red light at a different intersection. \u00a0When speaking to an\u00a0officer during the traffic stop, the driver had slurred and repetitive speech with\u00a0an odor of alcoholic beverages on his breath.\u00a0An\u00a0officer conducted a field sobriety test on the driver which the driver\u00a0failed. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 No License Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:50 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Taraval St & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nAn officer was patrolling in the area when he observed a vehicle driving without it’s head lights on. The vehicle was then observed to make\u00a0a left turn where numerous signs were\u00a0posted for no left turns. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 11:10 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n San Jose Ave & Lakeview Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n A sergeant was patrolling in the area when he observed a vehicle failing to stop at a posted stop sign. The sergeant conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Violation of Stay Away \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:23 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Vicente St and 23rd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of known suspect trying to attack someone with a stick. The victim told the officers that she was walking her dog when the suspect ran towards her holding a stick and looked like he was going to attack her. The victim stated\u00a0that the suspect also has a stay away order from her. After further investigation, the officer was able to locate the stick and arrested the suspect.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery \u2013 Vandalism<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:39 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1200 9th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a vandalism report. The victim said that he was trying to park his vehicle in his garage but the suspect was\u00a0blocking it. Soon after, the victim and the suspect had a\u00a0heated argument\u00a0as the\u00a0victim started\u00a0to film the suspect which made the suspect\u00a0angry. The suspect grabbed the victim\u2019s phone and threw it on the ground before driving\u00a0away.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 Hispanic male :: 20-25 years :: 5\u20199\u201d tall :: 190 lbs :: brown hair<\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary \u2013 Shooting<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:04 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 100 Broad St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and determined a business had been burglarized and a shooting had occurred.<\/span><\/p>\n
