Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 45th Ave & Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer was patrolling in the area when he observed a vehicle with\u00a0rear lights that weren’t working. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver also did not have insurance. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Driving while under the Influence of Alcohol \u2013 Traffic Violation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 19th Ave & Ulloa St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer was patrolling in the area when he observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. The officer conducted a traffic stop. The driver appeared to be intoxicated and had bloodshot eyes, drooping eyelids and a strong odor of alcoholic beverages on his breath. The officer conducted field sobriety test on the driver, which he failed. After further investigation, the driver was arrested for driving under the influence.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of siblings who were\u00a0in a physical fight. The victim said that she was taking care of their father, who was ill, when the suspect told the victim to move. The suspect then pinned\u00a0her against the wall and squeezed her neck. They struggled for a few minutes before\u00a0the suspect let go and walked down stairs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
