Upon arrival the officers made contact with the reporting party. The reporting individual told the officers that the suspect had been speeding and swaying from lane to lane and that he followed the car until it came to a stop. The officers then made contact with the driver and administered a field sobriety test in which the driver met the criteria for being intoxicated and driving under the influence. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The officers then placed the driver under arrest for driving while under the influence.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Vehicle Violation &#8211; Cite<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 11:37 PM<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> Taraval St. &amp; 22nd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An officer was in the area when he observed a vehicle with expired registration dates. The officers proceeded to conduct a traffic stop. A computer check revealed that the driver had a suspended license. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The driver\u2019s license was confiscated on scene and the driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Fraud<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Reported 10:15 AM\/ 2345 24th Ave\/ Credit Application<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Burglary<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Reported 12:48 PM\/ 1835 38th Ave\/ Unlawful Entry<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Theft from Building<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Reported 11:16 AM\/ 1795 38th Ave\/ Work tools<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Stolen Vehicle<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Reported 10:57 AM\/ Santiago St. &amp; 18th Ave\/ 1997 Honda Accord<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Reported 4:11 PM\/ Buckingham Way &amp; 19th Ave\/ 1994 Honda Accord<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Traffic Collision<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Reported 2:44 PM\/ 550 Arballo Dr.\/ Vehicle Vs Property<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*** Not all crimes are reported in the daily report *** Driving Under Influence &#8211; Arrest 1:50 AM 1836 Kirkham St. Officers were dispatched to a call regarding a driver who was allegedly driving under the influence.
