\n An officer was in at a red light when he observed a driver being on his cell phone. When the light turned green the driver took off at an excess speed of over 50 mph. The officer paced the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. A computer check revealed that the driver was driving with a suspended license. The officer then cited and released the driv<\/span>er.<\/span><\/p>\n
