Assault – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1200 41st Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision. The victim said that the known suspect had called and asked to meet outside. When the victim went outside, the suspect drove straight at the victim and tried\u00a0to hit him with his car. The victim jumped\u00a0out of the way\u00a0and the\u00a0suspect\u00a0drove\u00a0his vehicle into a parked vehicle. The victim stated that he had known the suspect since high school and thought that\u00a0he may have some kind of mental illness. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Castenada Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a dispute. The victim said that he and the suspect were\u00a0having an argument over his driving. The suspect grabbed his laptop and threw it against the wall, which it ricocheted and hit the victim\u00a0on his nose. When the officers questioned the suspect, her account did not match up. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Marijuana for Sale \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:00 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1100 Eucalyptus Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n A school resource officer responded to a report of narcotics in the school. The school dean said that one of his security officers\u00a0was walking the halls when she\u00a0observed the suspect showing a plastic baggie to another male. The security officer also smelled\u00a0marijuana. The suspect\u00a0grab his back pack and attempted to run away\u00a0but\u00a0was later detained. After further investigation, the suspect was cited and released to his parents.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Search Warrant \u2013 Marijuana for sale \u2013 Probation Violation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:20 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Sergeants and officers conducted a search warrant at an undisclosed location. While conducting the search, the officers and sergeants located numerous marijuana plants. The officers also\u00a0located weapons which were in violation of the suspect\u2019s probation. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:47 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Ocean Ave & Plymouth Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol in the area when they\u00a0observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop. The driver told the officers that she did not have proof of insurance on her and that her driver\u2019s license was suspended. Computers check on the driver confirmed that the license was indeed suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:35 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 19th Ave & Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol in the area when they\u00a0observed a vehicle making a left turn at a location where left turns were\u00a0prohibited. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Skyline Blvd\u00a0& Sloat Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a pedestrian standing in the middle of the roadway. An officer spoke to the subject and a computer check on him revealed that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Defrauding providers of food<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:21 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3800 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect not paying for his meal. The victim said that the suspect ordered food, ate it and then walked out of the restaurant without paying.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 8:04 am \/ 200 Winston Ave \/ ATM theft of BofA victim, machine did not complete transaction<\/span>
\n Reported 11: 54 am \/ 1400 45th Ave \/ unsecured wheelchair stolen from back of pickup<\/span>
\n Reported 7:08 pm \/ 3200 20th Ave \/ bicycle theft<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Reported 7:30 pm \/ 31st Ave & Noriega St \/ scratches to vehicle paint<\/span>
\n Reported 1:51 pm \/ 100 Alton St \/ spray paint to lawn<\/span><\/p>\n
