Battery – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 200 Sargent St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded on a report of a couple fighting. Suspect #1 said that he was having an argument with his wife about a separation. Suspect #2 stepped in between them and punched Suspect #1 in the face. Suspect #1 started hitting Suspect #2 in response. When the officers\u00a0interviewed\u00a0Suspect#2, she said that Suspect #1 hit her first. Both parties wanted the other party arrested. Both of the suspects were cited and released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a couple fighting. The victim said that the suspect came over to his house and began arguing about\u00a0their break up. The suspect became upset and hit the victim on his face and chest. The victim tried to walk away, but the suspect continued to follow him. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n An officer was conducting speed enforcement when he observed a motorcycle traveling 59 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that he did not have a motorcycle\u2019s license and also\u00a0did not have\u00a0proof of insurance. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver did not have a driver\u2019s license and also\u00a0did not\u00a0proof of insurance. The driver was cited<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n An officer was on patrol when he observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that her license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n An officer was on patrol when he observed a vehicle failing to make a complete stop at a stop sign. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he had never obtained a driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n An officer was conducting speed enforcement when he observed a vehicle traveling\u00a050 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver did not have a driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Driving while Under the Influence<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Sunset Blvd & Taraval<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision. Officers contacted one of the drivers and immediately noticed a\u00a0strong odor of alcohol on the driver\u2019s breath. The driver also had\u00a0blood shot eyes and slow speech. The officer conducted a field sobriety test on the driver, which the driver failed. After further investigation, the driver was arrested for drunk driving.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
