Assault \u2013 Vandalism<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1400 42nd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a person being attacked by a baseball bat. The victim said that he heard some banging on the front door. When the victim opened the door, the suspect, (the landlord\u2019s son) asked the victim a question. Then the suspect\u00a0suddenly swung the bat at the victim and then ran off. The victim blocked the attack\u00a0but may have sustained\u00a0injuries.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

\n 100 Arch St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a fight\u00a0and\u00a0learned that three family members were in an argument over finical issues. During the argument, a physical altercation ensued and all three people were involved in a fight. \u00a0All three suspects were cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Threats – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:10 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 100 Arch St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded back out to a location they responded to earlier that day. The victim said that her sister was banging on her door because she wanted to get into her room to get\u00a0some items. When the victim let the suspect in, the suspect began yelling and\u00a0making threats to cause physical harm against her. The suspect then chest bumped the victim a few times. The suspect was arrested for threats.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No Driver\u2019s License issued – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:14 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Arballo Dr & Pinto Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a non injury, vehicle accident. During the course of helping the parties exchange information, a computer check revealed one of the drivers did not have a license issued to him. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
