Battery – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers were on patrol when they were flagged down by the victim regarding a battery. The victim told the officers that the suspect had punched him for no reason and he wanted him arrested for battery. The victim said that the suspect asked the victim for money but\u00a0the victim didn\u2019t want to give him any. The suspect got angry and hit him. \u00a0The suspect contested and said\u00a0that he\u00a0accidentally\u00a0hit the victim because the victim was intimidating and invaded on his personal space.The suspect also stated that the victim owed him money but didn’t think that\u00a0victim was ever going to return the money owed.\u00a0The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of someone ring the victim\u2019s door bell. The victim told the officers that the suspect had just been released from a four hour intoxication hold and returned to the victim’s residence again. The suspect was arrested for the continues offense<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:54 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of shoplifting. Loss Prevention saw the suspect select three purses and placed them into an empty shopping bag. The suspect then exited the store without paying for any of the items. Loss Prevention was able to detain the suspect until officers arrived. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 2100 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an argument between family members. The victim\u2019s nephew had been using the victim\u2019s credit card without permission. The victim did not want to press charges but wanted the officers to speak to the nephew. A computer check on the suspect revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
