Warrant Arrest \u2013 Resisting Arrest \u2013 Possession of Burglary tools – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 600 Lincoln Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Sergeants responded to a report of a person on drugs. When the sergeants arrived, they noticed the\u00a0suspect with s<\/span>everal backpacks, a bicycle and many other items strewn across the driveway of a gas station. The suspect initially gave the sergeants a false\u00a0name, but eventualy\u00a0confessed with his true name. A computer check on the suspect revealed that he had\u00a0a warrant for his arrest\u00a0and a\u00a0search of the suspect’s bag revealed numerous tools that could\u00a0be used for burglary. <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 2200 32nd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. Both parties, who were roommates, told the officers that they were each struck by the other during an argument. The argument was reported as a disagreement over\u00a0the usage of the bathroom in regards of turning on of the\u00a0exhaust fans and flushing the toilet. Both parties wanted the other to be arrested. The officers cited both parties for battery.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 00 Darien Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer responded to a complaint of a person acting strange near a school. The principal told the officers that the suspect was not committing any crime, but was in front of the school’s playground and\u00a0building structures out of the rocks that were on the floor. The officer located the suspect and a computer check revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. None of his arrests were\u00a0juvenile related. The suspect was arrested for his warrant.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n San Jose Ave & Lakeview Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, who was intoxicated, said that he was having an argument with a crowd of juveniles when one of them punched the victim\u00a0before the\u00a0suspect fled the scene. The victim was unwilling to provide any further information\u00a0to the officers.<\/span><\/p>\n
