Threat or Force to Resist Executive Officer \u2013 Battery of a Police Officer \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 19th Ave &Buckingham Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to assist Animal Care and Control. \u00a0Animal Care and Control (ACC) wanted to talk to the suspect regarding two of his pit-bull puppies that were not neutered. The suspect was very hostile towards ACC\u00a0but eventually signed the citation. As the\u00a0ACC started\u00a0to take away the pit-bulls, the suspect began to clench his fists and threatened to kill both the ACC and the officers. The suspect resisted handcuffs, but was eventually cuffed\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
