Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Great Hwy & Skyline Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n The victim reported a battery at\u00a0Taraval Station. The victim said that he was driving his vehicle when a driver started\u00a0flashing his high beams and honkingat him from behind. The suspect passed the victim, using the shoulder of the road,\u00a0and the victim\u00a0used his high beam to\u00a0flash back at the suspect. \u00a0In response, the\u00a0suspect stopped his vehicle, and\u00a0approached the victim before punching the victim\u00a0through the open window. The suspect then got back into his vehicle and drove away.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sexual Assault – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:00 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Sunset Blv & Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a reported of an assault; the suspect was last seen fleeing the scene\u00a0by jumping fences. The victim told the officers that she was waiting for the bus when the suspect came up and stood next to her. The victim said she heard the\u00a0suspect said something, but wasn’t sure what was said. The suspect suddenly grabbed the victim, held onto her and forced her to her\u00a0knees\u00a0and\u00a0made a sexual gesture\u00a0towards her. At that point, the victim heard someone honk their\u00a0horn which caused\u00a0the suspect fled the scene. Officers canvassed the area, located the suspect and <\/span>arrested him.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 100 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim told the officers that the suspect was going through the restaurant’s\u00a0garbage cans and\u00a0making a mess. The victim told the suspect to leave\u00a0but the\u00a0suspect refused. A passer-by stopped an\u00a0offered to buy the suspect a burger. As\u00a0victim gave the suspect his burger, the suspect spit at the victim before leaving the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

Driving While Intoxicated \u2013 Vehicle Accident \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:50 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Buckingham Way & Winston<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a vehicle accident. Officers arrived and located both parties. While\u00a0assisting with the accident, the officers determined that one of the drivers appeared intoxicated. The driver told the officers that he didn\u2019t know what happened\u00a0and his\u00a0airbags “just deployed”. \u00a0The officers conducted a field sobriety test on the driver which he failed\u00a0and was transported to the hospital. While at the\u00a0hospital, the driver\u00a0was cited and released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Driving While Intoxicated \u2013 Vehicle Accident \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Buckingham Way & Winston<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a single vehicle accident. The driver hit the\u00a0medium and ended up facing the wrong way. When the officers spoke to the driver, they noticed he was showing symptoms of intoxication. The officers conducted a field sobriety test which the driver\u00a0failed. The driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
