The victim said that he was walking on the sidewalk and using his cell phone when he passed\u00a0by and made eye contact with the suspect.\u00a0The suspect got angry because the victim was looking at him\u00a0and\u00a0punched the victim. The victim was able to get away and escape from the suspect.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
