Burglary \u2013 Possession of Stolen Property \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:33 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 00 Alviso St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol and responded to an alarm activation. Upon arrival, the officers noticed a vehicle pulling away from the driveway. Officers attempted to pull the vehicle over but had to stop because it was driving at a high rate of speed and in a dangerous manner. A\u00a0computer check on the license revealed that the vehicle was stolen. \u00a0Officers returned to the scene of the alarm activation and observed two suspects drop stolen items and attempt to flee the scene. The suspects ran on foot and hopped over several backyard fences in their attempt to get away from the officers giving chase. \u00a0Additional officers arrived and set a perimeter\u00a0and\u00a0were notified that the suspects were hiding on a roof of a building.<\/span> The suspects were located and arrested for burglary and possession of stolen property<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Stay Away Violation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of a fight. The victim told the officers that he had invited the suspect stay over at\u00a0her house for the holidays. The victim said that she called the police because the suspect would not go with her to pick up someone. While the\u00a0victim was calling\u00a0the police, the suspect took the phone away from her. A computer check on the suspect revealed a stay away order from the victim. The victim stated that she knew about the stay away order but didn’t think it would be a problem. The suspect was arrested for violating a stay way order.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
