Vehicle Violation \u2013 Expired Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:40 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n Noriega St & 31st Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n A sergeant was in the area when he observed a vehicle\u00a0failing\u00a0to make a complete stop at the posted\u00a0stop sign. The sergeant conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had expired 14 years ago. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault<\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:15 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 19th Ave & Judah St<\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer responded to a report of an assault. The victim said she was\u00a0stopped at a red light when the suspect rear ended her. Both parties exited their vehicle\u00a0and\u00a0the suspect gave the victim his driver\u2019s license which she took a photo of. When the victim asked the suspect for his insurance, the suspect told the victim that he didn\u2019t have any. The suspect got into his vehicle to leave\u00a0but the victim grabbed his\u00a0door to stop the suspect. However, in doing so, the\u00a0suspect got her thumb stuck in the door and was dragged a few feet before her thumb was\u00a0freed. The suspect fled the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault – Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:29 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victims, employees of a\u00a0health club, said that the suspect wanted to cancel her membership but retain the\u00a0free sessions with a personal trainer. One\u00a0victim told her that if she canceled her membership, she would have 30 days to use the free sessions. The suspect got irate and began throwing various items at the victims. The suspect also picked up a chair and threw it at the victims. The officers arrived on scene and arrested the suspect.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Fire Report<\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:48 am<\/strong><\/span>
\n 100 Bucareli Dr<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a dumpster fire. \u00a0After SFFD\u00a0contained the\u00a0fire\u00a0and put it out, they\u00a0reported that they did not believe that\u00a0the fire was\u00a0suspicious.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:17 PM<\/strong><\/span>
\n 2000 23rd Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a couple fighting. The victim told the officers that she had\u00a0an argument with the suspect over their\u00a0living arrangements\u00a0and about\u00a0their engagement. The victim said that the suspect grabbed her wrists and threatened to hurt her. When\u00a0the victim\u00a0wanted to leave, the suspect wouldn\u2019t let her go. During the interview with the victim, the suspect returned home. The suspect said that they had an argument but he did not touch her. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Violation of A court Order – Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:48 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 100 Inverness Dr<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a violation of a court order. The suspect had text the victim saying that he was in front of her house and that he was tired and needed some food. The victim said that she let the suspect in\u00a0but after\u00a0feeding the suspect, he refused to\u00a0leave\u00a0and wanted to\u00a0go to sleep. The victim called the police to have the suspect\u00a0arrested. The suspect was arrested for the violation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary \u2013 Assault<\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:14 am<\/strong><\/span>
\n 00 Serrano Dr<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a fight. The victim said that he was on his way to meet the suspect, his ex roommate, to collect money that he was\u00a0owed for their rent. However, on the way, he\u00a0received a phone call from his current roommate that the suspect was actually over at the\u00a0house with some people and burglarized the place. The victim saw the suspect leaving\u00a0and\u00a0ran into the street;\u00a0the suspect attempted to hit him with his\u00a0vehicle. The victim jumped onto the hood of the car in order to get out of the way and not\u00a0get hit\u00a0by the car. The suspect tried to get the victim off the vehicle by driving erratically and a second\u00a0suspect stabbed\u00a0the victim’s\u00a0hand in an attempt to\u00a0get the victim off the vehicle. Once the victim let go of the vehicle, the\u00a0suspects then fled the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Reported 4:55 pm \/ 00 Chumasero Dr \/ package theft<\/span>
\n Reported 6:01 pm \/ 200 Harold Ave \/ package theft<\/span><\/p>\n

Vandalism to Property<\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 9:13 pm \/ Vicente St & 37th Ave \/ scratches to paint on both sides of the vehicle.<\/span>
