Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 2000 Ulloa St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident. The victim stated\u00a0that he had an argument with the suspect and the suspect kicked his leg. The suspect, in return, stated that the victim had been verbally abusing her and shutting the\u00a0door in\u00a0her face. The suspect admitted that\u00a0she may have kicked him on his shins.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>

\n 300 Vernon St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic violence incident by an anonymous witness. The\u00a0witness reported that he saw the\u00a0suspect beating up a victim. Officers arrived on scene and detained the suspect. The suspect told the officers that the he and the victim\u00a0had an argument over laundry. The suspect wanted to fold his own laundry, which made the victim angry. The suspect didn\u2019t want to argue further\u00a0and was about to leave when he felt a tug on his sleeve. The suspect said that he extended his arm out, without turning around, and hit the victim. The victim was later located, but refused to comply and refused to give any\u00a0\u00a0information. After further investigation and lack of cooperation from the victim, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Marijuana Offense \u2013 Cited<\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:12 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 2900 23rd Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they were flagged down by a local resident\u00a0regarding four suspects smoking marijuana inside a vehicle nearby. Officers made contact\u00a0the suspects. One of the passengers admitted having a marijuana \u201cjoint\u201d in the side pocket of the door\u00a0and the occupants agreed to have a search of their person and property. There were more marijuana located on the driver, but the driver had a medical marijuana card. The passenger was cited and the driver admonished.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:20 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 700 Taraval St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. The victim, an employee, told the officers that the suspect had ordered food from the deli section and attempted to leave without paying for it. The employee tried\u00a0to stop the suspect, but the suspect threatened to “shoot him”. The employee was afraid and let the suspect leave.<\/span><\/p>\n

Driving while under the Influence of Alcohol \u2013 Suspended License \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:44 am<\/strong><\/span>
\n Dewey Blvd & Pacheco St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they noticed a vehicle making a turn against a red arrow signal. The officers conducted a traffic stop\u00a0and\u00a0contacted the driver. The driver showed obvious signs of intoxication and \u00a0the\u00a0officers attempted to give the driver a field sobriety test. However, the driver was not able to stand on his own\u00a0but\u00a0agreed to a blood test. A computer check on the driver also revealed his license had been suspended. After further investigation, the driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
