Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a shoplifter attempting to flee a store. When the officers\u00a0detained the suspect, the store employee declined to press charges. A computer check revealed that the suspect\u00a0had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Battery on a Police Officer \u2013 Resisting Arrest – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of an assault on an employee. The victim, an employee, told the officer that she recognized the\u00a0suspects that walked into the store as they had a prior history of\u00a0shoplifting. The victim told the suspect that they could not come into the store. In retaliation, the\u00a0suspects pushed, punched, and slapped the victim before fleeing\u00a0the scene. Officers located the\u00a0suspects and they were transported to the station for further investigation. During the investigation, they assaulted\u00a0the officers by kicking them\u00a0as well as refusing to obey a lawful order. One suspect was arrested and the second suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect harassing neighbors. The suspect had mysteriously\u00a0made it in inside the neighbor’s front gate. Officer arrived on scene and detained the suspect; a computer check revealed that the suspect\u00a0had an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
