Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:33 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1600 10th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of someone acting suspiciously. Responding officers located the suspect, who was\u00a0on the ground with a bicycle on top of him and talking to himself. \u00a0Next to the suspect was a laptop computer which the suspect said he had found. A computer check on the suspect revealed that he has a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Under the Influence \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:52 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1200 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers assisted a sergeant with\u00a0an intoxicated suspect, who was sprawled on the\u00a0sidewalk. A computer check on the suspect revealed\u00a0that he had\u00a0a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Expired Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:03 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Ocean Ave & Manor Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle making a turn against\u00a0a double solid, yellow line. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had expired. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:18 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1700 26th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim said that he was asleep in bed when his roommate came home and began making a racket. The victim said that he texted the suspect to quiet down. The suspect texted back and started arguing through text messages\u00a0so the\u00a0victim went to the suspect door to tell him to quiet down instead. The suspect opened the door and they started fighting. During the fight, the\u00a0suspect grabbed a chair\u00a0and started hitting the victim over the head with it. The victim got out and called the police. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Reckless Driving \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:56 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Faxon Ave & Grafton Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Sergeants were on patrol when they observed a vehicle driving suspiciously in front of them. A computer check on\u00a0the vehicle’s license number revealed that the\u00a0license\u00a0plate\u00a0actually belonged\u00a0to another vehicle. While the officers were running the computer check,\u00a0the suspect started driving faster to evade the officers.\u00a0 The sergeants did not pursue the suspect due the reckless driving\u00a0but after a few blocks, the suspect’s vehicle hit another vehicle.\u00a0The suspect attempted to flee the scene of the accident but were located and apprehended by the sergeants.\u00a0\u00a0A computer check revealed that the suspect had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
