Attempted Robbery \u2013 Assault on a Police Officer \u2013 Conspiracy \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Buckingham Way & 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. Responding officers located the suspects matching the descriptions\u00a0and attempted to detain\u00a0the first suspect. However, the first suspect immediately\u00a0tried\u00a0to flee from the officers.\u00a0\u00a0Once in custody, the first suspect attempted to strike the officers with a skateboard she had in her hands but was eventually handcuffed.\u00a0 The second suspect was placed into handcuffs without further incidents.<\/span><\/p>\n

The victim told the officers that he was waiting for the bus when the suspects approached him and started taking his backpack. The victim struggled to keep\u00a0his bag while the suspects kicked him and punched him. A\u00a0witness also saw the suspects kicking and punching the victim\u00a0and\u00a0called the police. The suspects were arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident. The suspect told the officers that he and the victim were feeding their children when\u00a0they had an argument over the TV being on. The suspect said that while they were putting the children into their cribs, the victim accidently hit the suspect’s arm. The suspect then pushed the victim away but made contact to her face by accident.<\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
