Loss Prevention told the officers that he observed the suspect filling a basket with various items of food\u00a0and exit\u00a0without paying for any of the items. Loss Prevention detained the suspect and the responding\u00a0officers\u00a0<span style=\"color: #993300;\">cited the suspect.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Shoplifting \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 7:30 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss Prevention told the officers that he observed a suspect,\u00a0with a known history of shoplifting in the store,\u00a0select\u00a0various articles of\u00a0clothing and exit the store without paying.\u00a0The suspect was detained\u00a0and a search of\u00a0the suspect revealed the wire cutters which were used to cut off the\u00a0security tags. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 2:36 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 100 Lenox Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a security guard, told the officers that he saw the suspect using the\u00a0computer in the library. However, the suspect was previously banned from the library because he was caused\u00a0disruptions. \u00a0The victim escorted the suspect out of the library\u00a0which caused the suspect to become\u00a0angry and he started\u00a0punching the victim while screaming that he &#8220;worked for the FBI&#8221; \u00a0before fleeing scene.\u00a0\u00a0Responding officers arrived and located the suspect before\u00a0<span style=\"color: #993300;\">detaining him for a metal evaluation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 6:36 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> Holloway Ave &amp; Victoria St<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that two suspect walked behind her and attempted to grab her purse. The victim then heard a zapping sound, which she recognized as a stun gun\u00a0before she felt it being used on her back.\u00a0Still, the suspects failed to take the victim&#8217;s purse and they fled the scene.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Battery \u2013 Trespassing \u2013 Vandalism \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 3:31 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 2300 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An officer responded to a report of a battery. The victim, an employee, told the responding officer that the suspect walked out of the store without paying for an item. The victim confronted the suspect and the suspect began making threats to come back and hurt the victim if he didn&#8217;t\u00a0move aside. Then,\u00a0suspect grabbed the victim and threw him against the door, causing damages. Before fleeing, the\u00a0suspect also\u00a0\u00a0grabbed a can\u00a0and attempted to use it to hit the victim as well as knocking over multiple items. The responding officer\u00a0searched for the suspect and located him on\u00a0a MUNI bus. The suspect was <span style=\"color: #993300;\">subsequently cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Assault \u2013 Vandalism &#8211; Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 9:27 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 300 Arballo<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Numerous officers responded to a report of shots being fired. Officers arrived on scene and determined that the sound was due\u00a0to a suspect throwing glass bottles and other items out of the window from the 9th floor. As the responding officers made their way to the suspect, one of the thrown items hit a sergeant. The suspect refused to answer the door when the responding officers attempted to gain entry.\u00a0\u00a0Eventually, the suspect was persuaded to open the door and the officers determined that the suspect appeared to be in an altered mental state\u00a0and needed to be\u00a0transported to the hospital.
