Shooting into a Vehicle<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Crystal St & Alemany Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect shooting into a vehicle. The victim stated\u00a0that he was sitting in his vehicle at the stop sign and looking at his cell phone when the suspect, driving in the other direction, stopped and looked at him. The victim said he gave a nod at the suspect and was looking\u00a0back down at\u00a0his cell phone\u00a0when\u00a0he suddenly heard three shots before\u00a0his windows shattered but he was not injured. The victim sped away and the suspect also fled in the opposite direction.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded on a report of a male assaulting a female. Responding officers\u00a0located the victim and suspect still on scene\u00a0and observed that the\u00a0suspect was intoxicated and acting unruly. The suspect stated that he and the victim went out and the two of them got into a verbal argument but refused to provide any further information. The victim said that they were going to a friend\u2019s house to spend a night\u00a0and started\u00a0arguing in the vehicle. When they got out of the vehicle, the suspect punched the victim on her face. The\u00a0victim refused to make any further comments. The witness told the officers that he saw\u00a0the suspect and\u00a0victim interact, but did not actually see the suspect punching the victim. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim said that he went into the store to look for something\u00a0but could\u00a0not find the brand that he liked\u00a0and exited the store. The victim said that as he left the store, the store security approached him, grabbed his arm and twisted it before asking where the “stolen item” was. \u00a0The suspect searched the victim\u2019s bag but\u00a0could not find any stolen items. The victim said that the suspect then left the store.<\/span><\/p>\n
